Welcome to Nick's Soup in a Bun!
Soup in a Bun has been around for many years in various parts of the
world. It is not well known, yet, in the UK.
Nick won a cooking competition on National TV in 2008 with his
sensational Thai Butternut squash soup in a bun, which subsequently earned itself pride of place on the shelves
of over 300 Tesco stores nationwide.

We take enormous pride in preparing our fresh buns, and
wholesome soups and casseroles. Nick personally cooks all of his dishes and the giant buns are produced by
a master baker not a mile from Nick's kitchen. We sell 'Soup in a Bun' at shows, farmers markets, and private functions,
and the soup can also be purchased as a chilled fresh product in tamper-proof containers. Please telephone or

Product Development
A new range of sauces under the 'Hampshire Provender' label has been developed. Recipes include
'Nicely Spicely' Barbeque sauces, and 'Nicely Spicely' pasta and finishing sauces

Wherever and whenever possible, we source and prepare our ingredients in Hampshire.
We welcome local producers of vegetables, meat, and raw ingredients as potential suppliers to approach us....you never
know what may be the next big hit at the markets.
